Generally if you place your order before 12 noon eastern time M-F and we have the item in stock, the order will be shipped either tuesday or thursday of that week depending on which day is closer to the purchase date of your order.

Because these shoes are custom made, and variety and sizes are numerous, most items are made to order. Items that are out of stock at the time your order is placed will be put on backorder and your credit card will not be charged for that item until it ships. Shipping normally will take 3 to 4 weeks. If we do have the item in stock, shipping will take up to a week.

Returns on items can be made only within 30 days of shipment for refund, no exceptions. All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Products are not returnable if the product is made and shipped to the specifications of the customer.

For speedy exchanges we recommend returning the items you would like to exchange and placing a new order for the correct items. If you would like to complete an even exchange without placing a new order you will be charged a minimal restocking fee of 15% of purchase fee.

In the event we make a mistake in shipping or an item is defective we will ship the correct/replacement item free of charge. It is your responsibility to return the incorrect/damaged item to us.
